Information We Collect
The Site does not collect personally identifiable information about you unless you expressly provide such information, such as your name, physical address, and email address, to us on a voluntary basis, for example, when submitting a request for a callback or a complaint. We may also add the information you expressly provide to our databases or contact lists. We use such personally identifiable information to send you the information you request, to respond to your inquiries and comments, and, from time to time, to send you information regarding events and developments that Capital Partners Mortgage Services, LLC (CPMS) think may be of interest to you.

On rare occasions, CPMS may send important administrative information regarding the Site or services to users using their email addresses; because such information may be important to your use of the Site, it may not be possible to “opt-out” of receiving such emails.
Cookies:
The Platform uses cookies, and similar technologies to cookies, to collect information about your access and use of the Platform. A number of cookies we use last only for the duration of your web or application session and expire when you close your browser or exit the application. Other cookies are used to remember you when you return to the Platform and will last for longer. You can also update your privacy settings on your device by setting the “Limit Ad Tracking” and Diagnostics and Usage setting property located in the settings screen of your Apple iPhone or iPad, or by resetting your Android ID through apps that are available in the Play Store. Non-personally Identifiable Information
We also automatically collect non-personally identifiable information through cookies and log files when you access the Site. Such information includes, without limitation, the following: your internet service provider, the IP address of the computer you are using, the type of browser software and operating system that you use, the date and time you access the Site, your length of stay on the Site, the pages that you visit on the Site, the Web site address, if any, from which you linked directly to the Site, the Web site address, if any, to which you travel from the Site, and other similar traffic information. CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY (CCPA) ACT NOTICE
Capital Partners Mortgage Services, LLC (“CPMS” or “us” or “we”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the personal information it collects. This Privacy Notice for California Residents (“Privacy Notice”) supplements Privacy Policy Notice found here: https://www.cp-mtg.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/CPMS-Privacy-Policy-1.pdf and only applies to residents of the State of California (“consumers,” or “you”). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) and other California privacy laws. Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this Privacy Notice.
Introduction
Under the CCPA, “personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, references is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer, or household. We obtain the categories of personal information listed above from the following categories of sources:

Access to Specific Information and Data Portability Rights

Deletion Request Rights
You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.
We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service providers to:

Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights

Only you or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information.
You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:
- Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.
- Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
Response Timing and Format
We will work to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:

- Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
- Provide you a different level or quality of goods or
- Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.
